Take2’s Ryan Boyden Named to SIA’s 2026 40 Under 40 List
Senior Director of Enterprise Delivery Services Recognized for Leadership in Recruiting Innovation, Workforce Delivery and Operational Excellence
VIENNA, Va., June 2, 2026 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Ryan Boyden, Take2 Consulting’s Senior Director of Enterprise Delivery Services, to its 2026 40 Under 40 list, recognizing emerging leaders making significant contributions across the staffing and workforce solutions industry in the United States and Canada.

Boyden was recognized for his leadership in recruiting innovation, workforce delivery and operational excellence. Nearly a decade after joining Take2, he now leads a team of 11 recruiters supporting federal hiring initiatives and strategic growth programs while helping drive the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting technologies, automation workflows and data-driven practices across the organization.
Boyden and his team have built 15 client accounts and oversee delivery for more than 550 consultants across 36 government contracts, supporting 98 active programs. Even amid staffing industry headwinds in 2025, his team maintained a 96.5% consultant retention rate.
As Take2 continues to introduce new technology into its recruiting operations, Boyden has focused on using AI and automation to improve efficiency while preserving the human connection at the center of recruiting. By allowing technology to handle more of the measurable and repetitive aspects of the process, his goal is to give recruiters more time to focus on candidates, consultants and clients.
For Boyden, the most rewarding part of recruiting remains the impact a new opportunity can have on an individual.
