Serge Khoury
Founder
Serge Khoury is the Founder and Growth Leader at Take2. Since launching the organization in 2015, he has grown Take2 based on building flexible solutions specific to each client’s needs. Serge started his career in 2000 as a recruiter for a small IT services company before moving on to Clovis in 2004. Serge launched Clovis’ IT services division and helped grow the company by 800+ % before a successful acquisition in 2011. His commitment to his client’s success and adherence to the core values are truly the tide that raises all ships for the company, his staff, friends, and family. Serge is a rare DC area native, Towson University Alumni and currently lives in Northern VA with his wife and three children. If you can’t find him with his family, at a DC sporting event, or enjoying a new restaurant, you’ll find him on the golf course. Actually, just check the golf course first.

Lisa Kurz
President and Chief Executive Officer
As the highest-ranking executive at Take2, Lisa is the President and CEO responsible for developing Take2’s business strategies and plans and ensuring their alignment with the company’s KPIs and strategic goals. Lisa brings 20+ years of experience in Federal IT consulting, organizational development and client and people management. In 1999, Lisa began her career as a Federal IT consultant at KPMG/BearingPoint, where she supported civilian agencies such as the NSF, Dept. of Treasury, NOAA and HHS with their agile delivery software modernization programs. In 2009, through acquisition, Lisa joined Blue Canopy, a small, fast growing IT services company, as a Partner and member of the Executive committee overseeing a variety of organizational initiatives and the Federal Civilian Business Unit. In 2018, shortly after Blue Canopy was acquired, Lisa joined Take2. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration, both From Virginia Tech. If not with her husband at one of their 4 kids events, Lisa can be found at Virginia tech football games, boating out of the Occoquan, traveling, or at any concerts coming to the DMV!

Tim McMahon
Chief Sales Officer
Tim McMahon is the Chief Sales Officer where his focus is on strategic account growth and team development. With over 20 years’ experience, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to Take2, leading the business’ Human Capital and Staffing Solutions and is responsible for developing our Sales Strategy and staffing delivery by driving commercial market growth. Tim joined Apex Systems in Jacksonville, FL directly after college and was promoted to Managing Director in late 2008. From there, he successfully grew the Fort Lauderdale market and made the transition to Signature Consultants in 2014, managing a 30-million-dollar strategic account portfolio, maintenance and oversight of all VMS and MSP enterprise relationships, and training and development of all of Signature’s Account Management team. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Florida with a concentration in public policy/business. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL with his wife and three daughters. Tim enjoys Gator football, offshore fishing and is an amateur running fanatic.

Cara Streb
Chief Operating Officer
Cara Streb is the Chief Operating Officer where her focus is on leveraging innovative business models and solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and desired outcomes to enable Take2 to continue their amazing growth while diversifying their capabilities. Cara is also the Operations Business Unit Lead which provides the shared services such as: Finance, Marketing, Employee Experience, Facilities, IT, Data Analytic Contracts, and HR. She has more than 30 years of senior-level operations and IT delivery experience. As Vice President at CACI for 28 years and Infor for 3 years, she has experience in roles from day-to-day project delivery responsibility to executive level oversight in support of large mission support programs within the DoD, Federal Civilian, Department of Justice and National Security arenas. Additionally, Cara was Vice President of Delivery and Strategy at Accelera Solutions where she provided long and short-term strategic management across their operational teams. Cara takes great pride in workforce development and building a culture based on One Team and Open Mindedness. She holds a BS in Management Information Systems from George Mason University. She and her husband live in Ashburn VA. In their spare time, they frequent local breweries and wineries.

Sean O’Connor
Chief Financial Officer
Sean O’Connor is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Take2. Originally from New Jersey, Sean graduated from American University with a finance degree. He began his career in investment banking and then transitioned to U.S. Government Contracting as a program financial analyst. Since then, he has held various finance and accounting roles, including his most recent position as Executive VP of Finance and acting Treasurer at a previous company. During his tenure, Sean demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial management skills. He managed a $250 million revenue budget, oversaw the integration of six entities, and led a global treasury network. Sean also completed a $350 million debt refinancing, implemented Costpoint at two companies, and ensured compliance with government regulations. As CFO at Take2, Sean is responsible for all financial aspects of the business. He develops and implements financial strategies, evaluates performance and risks, supervises accounting operations, and generates accurate forecasts. Sean also oversees audits, compliance, and internal controls while preparing detailed financial reports. Outside of work, Sean enjoys family time in Reston, VA, and supporting his sons’ baseball games. He is an avid golfer and biker, passionate about cooking, and particularly fond of seafood and sushi.

Tom Dauber
Vice President of Business Development (BD)
As VP of the BD Business Unit, Tom Dauber heads Take2’s strategic business development, capture, and proposal activities. Under his leadership, Take2 has become a driving force in the small business market serving Federal Government customers. As a major contributor to the company’s success, Tom brings a dynamic, results-oriented approach to growth, institutionalizing rigor, and focus into the business development and capture engine. Tom has nearly 30 years of leadership, business development, and delivery experience across the Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civil market space. In leadership roles with Booz Allen, Maxar, and Northrop Grumman among others, he has a consistent track record of delivering growth and exceeding fiscal targets. Tom has a deep-rooted passion for developing new capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to challenging problems. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech. When he’s not rooting for his Pitt Panthers teams, Tom and his family enjoy everything Star Wars, and traveling, particularly to beaches in the Caribbean. Tom and his wife are proud parents of an elementary school-age son.

Mark Dever
Vice President and Co-Founder
As the VP of the SPG Business Unit and Co-Founder, Mark Dever leads all of Take2’s large scale multi-year innovative consulting programs and customers. As one of the founding members of Take2, he started the consulting and recruiting divisions building them into the engine they are today. Mark has over 12 years of experience in leading various teams in IT recruiting and consulting. Prior to Take2, Mark was a Delivery Team lead for Clovis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and is an avid Terps supporter. In addition, he’s a fan of all the DC area sports teams. Mark is a proud DMV native and currently lives with his wife, and young daughter, in Leesburg, VA. When not chasing his kid around or enjoying a tasty craft brew, he spends his time hiking, fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors with his family and dog Lucy.

Donna Cooper
Vice President of Human Resources
Donna Cooper is the Vice President of Human Resources at Take2, where she leads the HR team with her extensive experience and a strong strategic focus. Her primary goal is to foster collaboration among employees, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and vision. With over 20 years of experience, Donna excels in implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational productivity and cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Donna’s expertise lies in creating an environment that truly invests in its people. She recognizes the value of every individual and is dedicated to promoting their professional development and growth. Donna studied at the University of Maryland and is a proud native of the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area. She currently resides in Arlington, VA, with her husband and four children and outside of work she finds joy in various activities such as cooking, traveling, and entertaining. Donna maintains an active lifestyle and can often be found enjoying the serene surroundings of Smith Mountain Lake.

Brian Haiz
Vice President of Recruiting
As the Director of Recruiting, Brian Haiz is responsible for finding and hiring the best-qualified candidates and maintaining our PeopleCloud. He takes great pride in helping our recruiting teams find the right fit between candidates and clients. Brian has a track record for building high-performing teams through hard work, mentorship, leading by example and delivering innovative solutions to challenging staffing requirements. He has more than 20 years of IT staffing industry experience across the Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civil market sectors. Prior to Take2, Brian led recruiting teams for large scale enterprise staffing initiatives across the country. Brian studied Business Administration at San Diego State University. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf, tennis, cycling, and spending time at the beach with his wife and 2 kids.

Nick DeFelice
Vice President and Co-Founder
As a VP and Co-Founder, Nick DeFelice, is responsible for Marketing, Employee Experience, Facilities, IT, and Data Analytics which supports all the Business Units, as well as over 400+ consultants. He is passionate about company culture and the overall vision of Take2. As one of the co-founders of Take2, Nick played a significant role in developing the Sales and Operational teams; implementing various policies and procedures from the beginning. He has more than 15 years of IT staffing and delivery experience. Prior to Take2, Nick ran the Workforce Management division at Clovis. He holds a BS in Political Science and an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University. Nick and his wife live in Leesburg, VA with their three boys.
