The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Fraud Prevention Services (FPS) program provides support to identify and mitigate improper payment risks and vulnerabilities while prototyping analytical methods and processes to address specific fraud schemes, obtaining data regarding known and suspected cases or methods of fraud and conducting data analysis helps to identify indicators of prevention or fraud. Take2’s program team of Data Scientists play an important role in analyzing and preparing data needed for modeling and developing advanced algorithms that solve problems of large dimensionality in an efficient and statistically effective manner. In addition, Take2 professionals are instrumental in implementing statistical and data mining techniques on large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns. Our professionals utilize tools such as Python, R, Tableau and have a deep understanding of databases, data modeling and data normalizations.
